1. Attracting your partner- Exercise can play a big role in maintaining or improving your weight and sexual relationship with your partner.
2. Improved mood- Exercise improves one eating behaviour, reduces stress hormones that causes you to overeat.

3. Stronger bonding- Schedule once a week out of town swimming or diving activities or walk together 3-6 days a week.
4. Stress management- Staying healthy will decrease your financial stress by not spending much on hospitalization and medication.
