Riza says: Basic Needs

In order to understand what Love and Relationship means, first we need to understand ourselves because understanding ourselves and other is an understanding our basic needs which are the physiological and psychological needs.
The physiological needs or wants include satisfaction of hunger and thirst, self- preservation, satisfaction or sublimation of sexual drives, growth and activity. While psychological needs stem from the mind’s requirements for love, esteem, and safety.
And if we fully understand this level of understanding, that must be satisfied at a minimal level at least, in order for the human being to live, we can learn now understanding ourselves in relation to others, like Sibling Relationships in the Family, Relationships outside the family, Love- Infatuation Differences, Relationship Between Attraction and Dating and m,any more level of relationships.
